New Baby!
Lindsey and I became the proud parents of Sadie Anne Snow yesterday, October, 4, 2005 at 6:09 pm. From our window, it rained all day long but just after her birth the sun broke out across the Mountains. It was a very special time.
This is our first born child and I’m happy to report that baby and mom are recovering nicely. She was a whopping 9 lbs and 20 inches long. Here’s the little rascal in all her new-born glory along with some other pics:

The work-a-holic! Many thanks to you Lindsey. You were great and I love you!

She sure has that pinkish-white (or whitish-pink) Snow skin, doesn’t she? 🙂 Congratulations, new parents!
9 POUNDS! She’s a healthy one–that’s for darn sure! I don’t know how you did it, Lindsey!?! I just have one question for some scientinst out in the blog world: Why is brown hair recessive and not blonde? One might think brown would be dominant because it’s dark. Why does light (or blonde) seem weaker in terms of hair, I suppose? Perhaps because there are less natural blonde’s in the world. Or maybe it’s because dark seems stronger. Without light, though, there is no shadow. Without shadow, we couldn’t perceive light. Hm, deep thoughts by Lexia Snow. Congratulations Blake! I can’t wait to get to know you SADIE, SADIE, Married lady–that’s ME! (for those of you not familiar with the musical “Funny Girl,” those last words are lyrics from a song Barbara Streisand sings in the movie.
congrats you two! she is very cute looking. must take after her momma. J/k. Hope is all well.

9 lbs! Wow, that’s a healthy baby. 😉 Oddly, she doesn’t look that big, but she is plenty cute.
