Is this $700 sauna blanket a good replacement for actual saunas?

I love the skin-glowing, pressure building, and calorie burning “free” workouts of traditional saunas. I’ll stay in 190 degree ones for up to an hour at a time—sometimes twice a day, if I have access to one on vacation.
But I don’t love saunas enough to fork over between $4,000 to $15,000 for a fully installed home one. And I don’t love the limited heat and dryness of budget-friendly infrared ones between $1,000–$3,000 either.
Enter sauna blankets, which many cheeky reviewers lovingly call “sweaty sleeping bags.” I’ve been using the top-rated Bon Charge Infrared Sauna Blanket for the last several months and I gotta say—I like it.
It relaxes my muscles, builds up a good sweat (after an hour in max 176 degree heat), and leaves me feeling refreshed. It’s no replacement for an actual sauna. But at $700, it’s a lot cheaper than other options home options.
That said, the Bon Charge blanket is also a good bit more than similar generic ones selling on Amazon for $400. But this one is more padded, made with a soft but leak-proof material that’s easy to clean, and feels much more durable and better built than other blankets.
Four stars out of five. Will continue using at home for the foreseeable future.
