Sledding into the new year
Lindsey and I took the girls to a friend’s ranch in Heber City, Utah over the weekend (Many thanks, Jen and Morgan). In addition to a glut of food, college football, Liar’s Dice, Ticket to Ride, and Rock Band, we also went sledding. Here’s proof. (Most good-looking photos care of Quinn Gooch.)
Maddie really enjoyed the experience. She’d lay flat before we let it ride then perk up on her way down.

Lindsey looking cute with Maddie in her lap.
I love this shot of Sadie — it’s as if she just landed on the moon.

Hopelessly trying to pull up a sled and two toddlers.

It was t-shirts and shorts weather here in Mobile, AL today (we have a high of 70 tomorrow). Yes, I am jealous of your sledding adventures. I’ve never been sledding before, so I lived it vicariously through your pics. You guys made it look like great fun!
So you are the one with my orange jacket! I wondered what happened to it. Jackie says that is what younger siblings do, they gank your stuff. Looks good on you!
Great pictures! It’s beautiful up there!
