A history of famous logo designs

Logo Orange has a nice history of big brand logos in alphabetical order. Both logotypes and marks are represented. Designers, get to it.

I love that they have Saul Bass listed as his own entry. I was in Chicago for a college art class trip. We just wandered into a gallery having a Saul Bass exhibit. All his major logos and various movie credit sequences that he did. The curator told us that Mr. Bass would be coming to the gallery in about an hour, but our school’s bus was leaving in 30 minutes. Not sticking around and meeting him is a huge regret (and I don’t have many).
