Don’t call too soon.

I just sent off an email today to a gentleman inquiring about his capital funding service. I got a call literally a minute after sending the email and noticed the caller ID as the company I just sent an email to. Surprised, I decided to let him leave a message, which he didn’t. Funny that I didn’t include my phone number on purpose yet he went right to my website to get it and called without thinking I might not have wanted him to. Nothing says small business more than jumping on a lead within seconds. Always let it simmer a little and give the potential buyer some time to think about your services.

It just goes to show that you do want the people you buy from to at least be semi-busy. (You wouldn’t want to go to a doctor that doesn’t have any existing patients would you?)
