Smooth Harold is dead. Welcome to Blake Snow.
If you’re reading this, you’ve successfully traversed a foreign array of tubes, electrons, and cyberspace servers to my new home.
Welcome.
As you can see, it’s all about “me, me, me” now. It’s a vain attempt to self-promote more and a concerted effort to reduce the number of people that mistakenly call me “Harold.”
It was time. 2007 was the last time I redesigned this eight year-old website.
So I updated a bunch of stuff and added new pages of interest, including:
- Responsive homepage
- Best of index: 1600 posts later
- A proper about page (finally)
- Published works landing page
- All posts indexed by title
- What I do for work
- Professional accomplishments & success stories
- 5 good reasons to hire me
- Acknowledgments (aka shoulders I stand on)
There are a few more goodies but those are the important ones.
Of course, you’ll probably encounter some scaffolding and paint buckets still laying around. Glitches, too. While the site is suppose to play nice with all popular browsers, smartphones, and tablets — save for maybe Internet Explorer (we didn’t debug for that) — Blake Snow v.3 still has a few screws loose. Feedback if you got ’em.
What I like most about the new website? Wide lanes, people. Wide lanes.
Thanks for visiting.

PS—1ups to Josh Rhine, Robert Bradford, and WordPress for bringing this site to life. I couldn’t have done it without them.
